Shangri-la China Bistro - Modesto

The atmosphere is lovely. The service is fast and very courteous. The food was excellent. My husband and I split a hot and sour soup which was decent. He chose the sweet and sour pork with pork fried rice for his main course. I opted for green beans with shrimp. Both dishes were incredibly delicious.

The food at this restaurant is incredible, with prices that are very reasonable for the generous portion sizes. The service is exceptional, with staff that are friendly and attentive.

Absolutely love this place. One of the best restaurants in Modesto, in my opinion. Great prices all around, and the portions are very big. Atmosphere is gorgeous, with an impressive banquet room for large parties. I enjoy the Chicken String Beans very much, but my favorite is the Shrimp with Mixed Veggies. Staff is quick and precise, as well as friendly. Five star place for sure.
