Feedback gevenI had a reservation for 2 for my anniversary dinner tonight so [thank you] I called to confirm before 2 rude ass employees or owners, whatever they are - a female, then a man - told me that they don't make reservations for 2 people and that I am a liar. They told me that I can go, but they probably won't have room for us, so we have to sit at the regular tables, but I already had my reservation at the Hibachi table. They ruined my anniversary dinner I had planned for two weeks. They have no concerns that their customers cannot even accept my husband, and even if they are the ones that are all on the same side as they lead their business. What happened to the customer is always right? After them, I'm a liar. Customer service is just as important as the actual food they serve, they have the worst customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would.
