Club is very comfortable and luxury. Very nice service. Rooms are neat and clean . I loved it.

Sea food is not at its best as expected. Service has to be more improved. Location and atmosphere has its great impact, as they can improve their other areas too accordingly. Rooms are best, cost is also average compared to.

Today me n my friend had a chance to sit at the bar n met a great person Mr. Vikas who has great personality n mind blowing serving skills.

Worst experience with Gold Coast club. We booked family Hall for function and they are so disgusting people they didn't even on ac in jun july month... In 80-90 gathering they on just one ac and after our objections they place standing fan only one for whole Hall.... They haven't any experience in hotel management... All staff seems localized without any experience.... Staff is rude no on here to listen..... Even big ban has wonderful service and they are much much better than it... Not worth according to their price

We asked them to pack the remaining of Butter chicken left after dinner, there was 3 pieces of chicken with one leg piece. After reaching home , when we opened our parcel we noticed that 3 pieces and there was no leg piece in it. Whom should we blame?
