Feedback gevenThe sweets shop is good, but the restaurant is just okay. It is quite expensive - we paid Rs389 for just two drinks, a mixed vegetable dish, and salt leti. The taste is alright but not outstanding. The self-service system makes the dining experience fast. The hygiene is good.
I came here for breakfast at 8:30 in the morning without any expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. We were satisfied with our meal and ended up ordering a cup of coffee, even though we were already full. The prices were very affordable.
We recently dined at this restaurant for lunch, a group of six of us. The idlis were served cold and undercooked, while the medu vadas were dark brown and raw inside. The cholle was average, but lacked salt and did not meet the expected quality. The food took too long to arrive, indicating that there may have been too many people working in the kitchen. There was a lack of transparency in the kitchen, as the floor manager was distracted watching TV instead of overseeing the chaos. The staff seemed preoccupied with personal matters, handling food with bare hands after scratching their heads and engaging in unrelated conversations. Customers waiting for their meals were left unattended. In today's health-conscious world, cleanliness and hygiene are essential, and this establishment fell short in that regard. Gopal Sweets may have had a good reputation in the past, but it has since declined. Constant effort is required to maintain a positive reputation in the restaurant industry.
Visited with family. it is veg restaurant. food quality is very good. costly compared to others. ambience is alive and they have a lot of sweetness especially the Kaju sweets.
