The service was horrible, the worst ive ever had. I went on the app and ordered via Q-skip and they said if i spend R70 or more on the App then I'd get a free piece, after I'd made the payment the 1 piece disappeared, I'm not sure if its coz i went through the Drive-Tru or what but then the 1 free piece wasnt there anymore. I tell the manager about it and she says i probably made a mistake so i order it again just to prove a point and again infront of her eyes she the piece disappears, so she pulls out this sheet where someone had ordered in the morning and tells me that there's probably a national quota since they'd only sold 1 item with a free piece that day, a whole manager didn't have a wing to spare???! I don't care about what the issue is, she shouldn't have said such to me,she should have just thew in a piece and wrote it down or something coz had it not been for the fact that my girlfriend was hungry I'd have cancelled both orders.
