My visit to this restaurant was, unfortunately, an extremely negative experience that I would like to share. After having placed my order, I requested tap water in accordance with current legislation in Spain, which states that establishments must offer tap water free of charge. The waiter who initially served me was reluctant and dismissive, suggesting that my request was ridiculous and that I should order some soft drink instead. I responded politely, explaining that our preference is to drink water and we do not consume soda or alcohol. Reluctantly, the waiter finally brought a jug of water, but continued to express his disapproval and mentioned that my request did not seem normal to him. I provided legal arguments, mentioning that the law in Spain guarantees free access to tap water in establishments, in addition to underlining the importance of sustainability and reducing the use of half-liter plastic bottles, since the restaurant did not offer larger water bottles. At one point, the waiter treated me with disrespect, calling me a little girl because of this argument and that we were ridiculous for ordering tap water and not a soda. Later, another member of staff, who turned out to be the owner 's daughter, joined the argument and continued to disrespect me. His behavior included yelling, insults and offensive comments. Finally, I submitted a complaint form to express my dissatisfaction and, surprisingly, the restaurant staff misrepresented the situation in their allegations. They falsely claimed that my request for tap water was due to concerns about the water 's drinkability, which they never mentioned during our meeting, and they denied disrespecting me, despite swearing and yelling at me. Furthermore, during the presentation of the claim sheet, they tried to manipulate the situation by wanting to keep three sheets out of four, falsely claiming that they had the right to keep all the sheets. Fortunately, we saw through this ruse and kept all the sheets to file our claim properly. My goal in sharing this experience is to highlight the lack of professionalism and respect at this establishment, as well as the need to improve to put an end to such disastrous and rude service and help other customers make informed decisions about their visit to this restaurant. I've been going there for several years. The food is very good, especially the pizzas, the spectacular salad and the tellinas. The waiters are super close and friendly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excelente comida, es la primera vez que fui y voy a repetir, las tapas ya se enamoran pero los platos fuertes son los más entre eso y la gran cantidad de personal es lo que me llama a repetir

Pizzas calidad/precio para la zona que es, bastante recomendable. hay algunos aspectos para mejorar como siempre el trato o no para discutir frente a los clientes porque no da buena imagen. De lo contrario es bastante bueno, mi reconocimiento a los trabajadores.

Lugar muy acogedor, personal muy amable. las cubiertas, para mi buena gota y en buena cantidad, en esta ocasión he probado la punta y las bravas, debe ser notado que las bravas con casera, con piel y ajoaceite. También he tenido la gota de probar las pizzas en este caso el adriano y el milano, como me habían dicho que eran los mejores del menú, y diré que si eran muy ricos, masa casera e ingredientes en abundancia y de buena calidad.
