McDonald's - Moncton

This morning, I took my child to the restaurant before heading to work. The person at the drive-thru window accused me of being rude, which caught me off guard as I did not feel that I had been impolite. She proceeded to explain how my behavior with money was perceived as rude. I will not be returning to this McDonald's. I have worked as a waitress for seven years and in healthcare for 20 years, and I have never spoken to a patient or customer in such a disrespectful manner. This experience was terrible.

I visited McDonald's again today and was disappointed. The tables were dirty with salad remnants, the tabletops were not wiped down, and the garbage cans were full. The staff at the counter could use some improvement in customer service skills. Even though there were many team members working, they lacked someone to properly manage the dining area. I only go to this McDonald's because it's the most convenient option.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant on Bergstraße. I waited for 15 minutes for a table, while a red-headed server with a pimple on their face ignored me and served the customers behind me immediately. The service was incredibly disappointing, especially considering there are so many better options in the area. It seemed like the employees were choosing who to serve based on whether they were smoking or not. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I visited these McDonalds once a week, unfortunately not from my choice. The last two visits I saw as a manager. He is very friendly and tries to satisfy the customers. The service is still very slow. There seems to be many employees behind the counter, but only 1 person who serves customers. Cleanliness still needs improvement. With the number of employees present, I feel that at least one person can be cleaning tables and keep the area clean where you get your drinks and spices. The garbage was not flooded today, but the area could have been cleaned. If you eat and run in a hurry, I wouldn't choose this place.

It takes forever to get served at this McDonalds. Not enough staff on the cash. One person having to do several things themselves. I also was not impressed with the cleanliness of this particular McDonalds. The garbages were full, food on the counters and on the floors. Tables also not cleaned. If your in a hurry to grab a bite to eat, don't head to this McDonalds!!!!
