Qdoba Mexican Eats - Monona

I always enjoy dining here for lunch. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is consistently clean. This makes it a convenient place to eat. I receive my food quickly and it’s always just right.

I love Qdoba! You have the best flavors and options for fast and also healthy meals as a single mother these are three important components in choosing food options! I especially LOVE our Monona location, the staff are friendly, the food is always fresh and tasteful and I often find the manager very dedicated and present in the operation that shows that they believe in their company and the importance of customer service! I really wish she brisket and mango salsa would reappear! These two articles really provided some different options for dishes and showed their dedication to customers for all backgrounds (the ones who do not eat pork are usually limited when places go) they are spersed by competitors. Either Qdoba always becomes my love because of the great food and experience that this place offers??????

You won't find better chips and queso anywhere! Qdoba offers a wide-ranging menu with endless combinations of burritos, quesadillas, and more. Everything is made fresh to order, so you know you're getting quality! The drive-thru in Monona was also fantastic to use!

When I approached the staff member at the front with the headset, we had a brief argument about my missing Coke. She then went to check the drive-thru order and confirmed that, indeed, no Coke was recorded, even though I had specifically requested one when I ordered. Fortunately, my friend happened to record the entire transaction, so I know I’m not mistaken. It was quite embarrassing for me and other customers in the restaurant. The way the employee handled the situation was less than professional. In my past experience in customer service, I always made it a priority to pay attention to customers and rectify any mistakes, but this staff member seemed unconcerned about a simple soda. I will not be returning to this establishment.

We used to order from this place frequently, but the consistency of the food and service has really went downhill. Our last experience was the last straw. We called to ask a question and the person was rude and hung up on us. Bye, Qdoba.
