Feedback gevenNice experience. First time to visit this location. Went at night and had trouble finding the place initially because the signage light was not on and I'm blind anyway. GPS helped me zero in location. Will shop here again.
I usually have a very good experience here. Employees are efficient and food is always fresh. Last time I was here the employee making our sandwiches did not do a very good job and did not seem engaged at all with what he was doing. Another employeeeventually came along and finished checking us out.
The restaurant is never available to take phone calls. When using the drive-thru, you are informed that only walk-in orders are accepted. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, you might find out they do not have certain types of bread or necessary ingredients. Despite this, I left the Subway satisfied with my service. It can be frustrating to have lunch there. I will now be visiting Plum Road instead. I have been a regular at this location for years, so I believe the issues are related to the current employees rather than the owners.
The ice machine has not been working for weeks. Customers are not informed before purchasing drinks. The floors and carpets were dirty.
Amazing customer service at this restaurant. The staff truly listen to your preferences for your sub or wrap. Quick and courteous service.
