Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Monroe

This place has dropped! two years ago there was this one girl that ran like a boss. I didn't see them yesterday, but the whole crew looked badly prepared to serve everyone. the place was dirty and the work areas were unloaded. they ran out of huh, so about 10 people waited 15 minutes longer for their commands. I hope I just caught them at a bad time, or maybe that's the effect of post-shutdown. the bright side? that was as good as it ever was. that is the only reason why I give it 3 stars, because honestly, I don't eat at the tables and not really worried about how good the cashier took my order, just for eating.

Ceased to eat a bite, the feeling ended as if I was on a hidden camera show, dirty business, long wait, no gloves during the preparation of food, and what I thought was the manager was anything but customer service friendly, extremely rude with a constant look at his face, as if he melted something bad, unprofessional. overte price for the quality, my eating was dry as it had been eating for too long, wanted to give fazolis an attempt, but they were supported, and it melts rotted by the entrance, overall a disappointing experience

That is the worst. popeyes they will find. they're never on anything. every time I go, they don't have any rolls, pommes, koleslaw and sometimes chicken! in a popeyes they don't have a huh. They don't even waste their time. corporate should close this because it is a embarrassment for the company. the personal is teenager who also does not care.

The only thing they had were chicken and biscuits. I understand that times are rough, but then I was charged just over 20 dollars for 2 2 piece meal box with a biscuit and a small pop. That's so expensive for very little food.

The workers Here are incompetent I gave simple directions and they could not follow. Gave me the wrong order almost twice. Then on top of that the employees do not wear gloves and they touch on their hair and face without washing their hands.I wasn't the only person how had to get there order corrected I will not be returning.
