Feedback gevenOrdnete crabs, went to the food at the time it suspected to be ready for my lunch from work, called for 20 minutes waiting before they cried and told me they were from the salad mix. Wait five minutes to find out what they would do. Did?t even ask if I wanted to replace the food, just ask if I wanted my onion rings and still drink. I understand that it would have been short staff and things better to know me before the time they were out before I went to lunch and wasted all my lunch.
Great staff. Always loved Red Robin and this situation goes beyond and beyond. Our server was friendly, has refilled us, checked for us and went beyond and beyond to make our dinner amazing. Great atmosphere and employees who really care for their customers. Food was also DELICIOUS!
Long time waiting to sit, even longer to get our drinks, by the way? You did everything wrong. The Pommes were rough. And after two different servers said they had got us more sodas, they never came. I tried to charge myself for something I never got. The food when we got it was all right. However, will not go back and leave no tip. The service is sucked. If they are understaffed, they may not have so many people in there. very disappointed!!!!
Picked up to tonight all my food was cold, just 10 minutes drive and used hot bag and seat heating on as well as auto heating. Breakers dry and barely toppings. Garlic fries greedy, limp, looked old, barely garlic and no salt at all a tiny pinch of cheese in one place. I have guacamole bacon burgers. Go to Carls Jr! 100% better!
I placed an online pick up, with a 45 minute leeway. It was three meals. My husband arrived to pick it up at the scheduled time. He then sat in the lobby for an hour for our food. All the manager could say was we are practicing kindness today . What does this have to do with efficiency, customer service and management of a restaurant? The food was meh.... Two stars because I am practicing kindness today.
