I ordered a steak hoagie with no mushrooms and extra green peppers They had mushrooms on my hoagie the lady was so rude and I tried to call them to tell them what they did wrong no answer
The food is fine. However it took well over an hour for delivery. When I called to ask about my order I was told we live far away, it’s three miles. The woman answering the phone sounded miserable and the food arrived cold.
EDIT IS AT THE BOTTOM So, we have been long time customers of Fellini 's since 2016. Always great food and customer service but honestly in the past year, things have declined. First off, my wife and I call the Monroeville store to place an order and the lady who answers is always miserable and sounds like she hates her job. I get customer service is difficult but you have to try to be pleasant and if you don 't like your job, then quit. We still ordered. Then within the past few months when we order; The first time, they were an hour late, the food was cold and the fries were just regular, not the seasoned ones I ordered. My wife 's Hawaiian pizza had red sauce not the garlic she requested and my wings were not seasoned with dry habanero. The next time was similar, they came an hour and a half late, my burger was undercooked and same with my wife 's pizza and again, the wrong fries. THIRD TIME, same thing only this time I called when it was going on 2 hours!!! The lady said It just left. Ok, I get things happen, an order is dropped on the floor or you get busy but UPDATE THE CUSTOMER. My wife complained and we got $30 toward our next order. Four times a charm? No. Same as last time, I called and they said the girl left with our order. The girl calls me and said she was here with our food. I looked outside and no one was there. She went to the wrong STREET not DRIVE. We ordered at 6:45 when I got home from work. We had our food by 10:00!!! LIKE REALLY?! The food was cold, the chicken wasn 't garlic at all, my wife 's calzone had pepperoni and she requested just cheese and again, the wrong fries. I 'm done with Fellini 's in Monroeville. My wife gave them another chance today but at her work. They delivered. The Hawaiian pizza had red sauce not garlic as she requested and the pizza was soggy and the pineapples tasted off. Only her mozzarella sticks were ok. We are done with Fellini 's in Monroeville and have no desire to try the other ones. We ordered from Stockman 's. They 're cheaper and better quality foods. EDIT Fellini 's reaches out to us and made things right. They gave us a free meal on the house and assured us things would get better at this location and they really have. The food comes on time now and it taste like it did before! 5 stars!
