Turners Falls Pizza House - Montague

We had a fantastic experience with the delicious pizza and the hot boiled and swirl rings. Tonight, we also tried the buffalo wings and filled bowls, which my sister absolutely loved. However, the garlic bread was disappointingly small. The front wings were definitely a highlight, but while some were tender and flavorful, others were quite tough and chewy. We ended up throwing away 14 out of the 24 wings. On a positive note, the delivery personnel were always friendly.

This place is terrible; I would rate it a 0.0000000001. I used to like it and had decent experiences at three different locations, but my last delivery, about two weeks ago, was a disaster because the driver was extremely rude. I called to complain, and now when I try to place an order for my family, including my 2-year-old's address, they don’t even apologize. They just brushed it off, saying it was a mistake because the driver had good reviews from three other orders. It’s hard to believe that a mistake like this could happen three times in a row. The service has gone downhill, especially considering I was prepared to leave a generous tip of $20 on a $120 order. Thank you for making my granddaughter's experience disappointing. You guys are really dropping the ball.
