Running Chicks - Monterey Park

Nestled in a plaza alongside other businesses, this cozy restaurant serves up some incredibly delicious wings. The breading is perfectly crispy, and the wings are cooked to perfection. My favorite sauce is the sweet and spicy, but the lemon pepper is also quite tasty. The lemon pepper fries are a great addition to the meal too. I’m definitely looking forward to returning, and I plan to try the bibimbap bowl next time. I highly recommend this spot if you're in the area and craving some great wings!

As for the service, we dined in and requested extra utensils and plates, which the staff provided without any hassle. They were very friendly and even offered us boxes for our leftovers. A quick note: They have a restroom, but you'll need to ask for the code. You can also park in the back and enter through the rear door.

I would advise against ordering the curry, as it barely contains any meat, and the bibimbap is disappointing due to the poor quality of ground meat. Why not just increase the price by a few dollars and include some real meat? This is a meat-centric restaurant—why not add some chicken or a few slices of quality meat?

If you are ordering the soy garlic and and spicy to-go, ask for sauce on the side, it'll get soggy on the way home! The service was great and the cashier was very helpful with suggestions.
