Barmel - Monterey

So an amazing place. the music and the barkeepers are fantastic. that is the only place to go to night in carmel. prost!

Great spot with good drinks and Small plates. Great jazz playing on the patios on the weekends!

Fun place love the decor.. got a little hip hop mix of old a young but fun..

Nice little dive bar in Carmel. We came here for one drink only since we had plans for alter and we were excited to try the Oaxaca Boy , described as a Mexican-infused Old Fashioned. Unfortunately, it wasn 't good. The taste wasn 't good. The glass was filled with ice and bartender added walnut bitters instead of the chocolate bitters without asking. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was nice. I 'd come back for a beer rather than a cocktail.

You will come here because it’s open. You will find out why everyone wishes there was ANYWHERE else to go after 10pm. Sadly, you’re stuck with these guys. Some are good. Some are nice. Some are rude and incompetent. But you’ll still come because it’s open.
