Starbucks - Monterey

Marti was awesome taking my order. Patient, helpful and all smiles. Food as always excellent. The not always easy to find, Salted Almonds!

Filthiest bathrooms I've ever seen in a restaurant in my life. Made me want to vomit. Starbucks Corporation needs to get eyes on this store fast. Also, staff member knocked over my frap, spilling some out, picked it up and handed it to me, with whip cream all over the outside of it and her fingerprints mushed into the whip cream. Is this how people live in Cannery Row?

Long wait and rude service. I ordered in the store but had to wait 20 minutes after making the order, because they were working on the mobile order. When I asked, the barista was very rude and arrogant.

Chelsea is great attitude. Some other Baristas faces are as if they are there by force. Marti is absolutely horrible. No smile and a huge attitude.
