Walking in it gives you that personal diner feel, and adds more flavor to the already delicious foods. The only issue that I would speak of is staffing shortage. The day I visited, there was only one waitress on duty. But she was absolutely wonderful and didn’t show any stress, with the location filling up with patrons. I ordered the “Special”, which was eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, hash, and toast. I added scrapple ad an extra side. Totally delicious, and it was so much food that I couldn’t finish my dish. I’m looking forward to returning to try other dishes.
Delicious breakfast at a classic greasy spoon' type restaurant. Very reasonable prices and the food and portions were very good. Service was friendly and a little slow (but everyone is understaffed right now so no penalty for that). No muffins was my only complaint!
The food was inexpensive really good. Lots of variety in the menu plenty of food for the money. It was clean even sanitized the pens for signing receipts. The service could have been better. Seemed only 1 waitress really knew her stuff trying to make up the difference for the 2 youngsters who didn't have it together so much. Would visit again! Philadelphia chicken, tuna melt, fried shrimp, fries for all, chili clam chowder; all good!
The food is subpar after breakfast but my biggest issue with this place is the servers. The red haired lady is very rude and expect you to tip. Based on that, I would not recommend
I am thrilled to have discovered this delightful deli with a cozy, retro vibe. The menu is extensive and offers breakfast options that are particularly tasty, such as the pancakes. The deli is not very crowded and the servers are always present, although they may take a little longer to attend to you. We visited on a Sunday morning, so it may be less busy during the week. The staff were friendly and parking can be a bit challenging with limited spots in front and parallel parking available. Overall, a great find!
