Ming Moon - Monticello

This place is on par with any fast food Chinese restaurant. The service is friendly, and the food is quite good, especially if you’re feeling hungry.

I would have given this restaurant a full 5 stars, but there was some confusion regarding their delivery fees. They promote a $1 charge for orders over $15, yet when my friend and I placed our order, we were unexpectedly billed $5 for delivery, even though we were less than 2 miles away and our total was over $20. The food itself is delicious and not overly greasy, which I appreciate. However, for the first time in over 20 years of being a loyal customer, my order was incorrect. I received a dish that contained chicken, but it wasn't the specific chicken dish I had ordered. Nonetheless, it still smelled and tasted great! Typically, takeout takes about 15-20 minutes to prepare and package, and they also offer filled drinks in addition to hot tea.

Always fresh and always friendly! No matter what you order, it only takes about 10 minutes. This place is definitely the best in Monticello!

The food is always top-notch, and they remember my family and me every time we visit. The service is outstanding!
