Feedback gevenVery poor service, they talk among themselves in their language while taking order and then make mistakes and charges you extra. I will never go there again.
A great meal. i finished it all the potatoes on point. pricing for 5 people may be a little to high but we didnt take that in mind. we loved our basha and we will be returning. They're very nice and generous with there plates. if you dont like beetroot or tomatoes just ask them to take them off. IT REDUCES YOUR PRICE!!!!! The establishment is next to a subway. Really underrated will 100% be returning soon.
Every time we go, we have the poorest experience. Staff speak with each other. Sometimes they let you wait 5 minutes in the store without welcoming you. Last time the cashier took the Pita with the same hand he used to get the money without washing his hands. We go there just because the food is good, but the customer service experience is always terrible.
I love the food. My favorite was lentil rice. Friendly service. My friends left their jacket and went the next day and found them in the same place?
I'm used to order this basha and the food is okay, but last time I ordered that I was home with my little sister, so I gave her the money to pay the deliveryman. The food came and she paid the guy, but then an hour later the restaurant called us that we didn't pay our food, or at least that there was no money. I literally couldn't believe I was sure to give my sister the right amount of money. How about missing money, why would you recognize it only a HOUR after we got the food? Is the supplier not used to checking the amount of money received by the customer before leaving? Anyway, I think they wanted to use the situation because it was my 12-year-old sister who paid. Besides, she told me that the guy pays them 35 and in the bill it should be 29. They weren't ashamed and when they saw that I was pretty upset when I talked to their manager, they hung up on me. I don't think I have anything else to say, really bad customer service
