Subway - Montréal

The sandwich had far fewer toppings than expected. I ordered online, yet still had to wait in line and mention my online order when it was my turn. Overall, it’s not worth the time or money for the food here.

They put the minimal ammount of veggie required to say they “put some on” and make you pay for double meat just to give you the normal ammount every other subway does. Also not to mention the service is the sloppiest I’ve EVER seen. I’ve always said that people who leave reviews have no lives. But this place is consistently so awful and I keep giving them another chance but its literally always just consistently terrible. DO NOT GO HERE THE ONE IN THE EATON CENTRE IS 10X BETTER.

I had a frustrating experience at this store. My order placed through the app was not honored, and I ended up having to pay in-store, resulting in being charged twice. The same issue occurred for the customer behind me in line. When I called and spoke to the manager, he informed me that I would need to come back to the store to show him my receipt. I suggested sending the receipt via email, but he said he doesn’t have an email account. I've also tried reaching out to Subway's head office, but haven't received any response. Additionally, I noticed that the wall decorations were uneven; I've attached a photo.

I visited a restaurant where an elderly gentleman with a Middle Eastern accent informed me that you don't refer to a meatball as such in Quebec when I ordered a meatball sandwich. Honestly, it was clear what I wanted. If you're not comfortable interacting with English speakers, maybe working at a train station isn't the best fit for you. It's disappointing to see someone who is likely an immigrant themselves displaying xenophobic attitudes.

They give half the amount of meat and half the amount of veggies compared to other subway locations. They really cheap out on portions.
