Feedback gevenWe really appreciate that the school gives the students the opportunity to create and serve healthy, fresh, local seasonal foods with focus on plant-based eating. it is a breath of fresh air in the Swiss where cheese and dried meat are standard. beautiful presentation and taste...from the 6 different dressed my man and I had (quinoa patties, beetroot roll, tortelli verdi, vegetables tagliatelle with cancer, chocolate / coconut tart, apfel dessert.) simple parking and large sunset. in any case recommend to support especially the children and eating the future.
The philosophy of eating works here well with the decor. it seems fresh in the room. the tables are well spaced apart and there is an excellent outside area to be said in short, this place stands over its weight. perhaps the waiters lack something. Trust, but they do it in enthusiasm and professionalism. we enjoyed interacting with our waitress from vietnam, who was somewhat nervous, but friendly and thoughtful. my soup and soup was really good. very well filled with good taste. my wife enjoyed her retired. both were presented in a fine restaurant. we both had the same medium with an inventive vegetable tagliatelle served with longoustine from the sea. delicious and very healthy. nice free appetit and the house wine I tried was a decent drop. Give me that.

Very nice first experience. Discovery of this new restaurant, opened not far from the first. The students of the hotel school are at the service and in the kitchen. Mastered plant-based cuisine which does not involve food substitution but which reveals a beautiful facet of this style of cooking. Warm welcome by the students and their leaders. Beautiful decorations in the room (a nod to the anecdotes that the room managers told us). See you soon !!
