Feedback gevenIn the last few months I worked with Shannon, Canada, to organize a welcome and rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding, which took place in Top of the Pines, in Ridgway, Colorado. Shannon took care of every detail - she ran the event as if she was personally. The food was excellent; everyone loved it and there was enough choice to meet special needs. I can't rate it high enough - 11/10!
The food here is absolutely wonderful, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful small town! I wish we had a Rib City in Northern Nevada!
I have the baby back ribs and the cattle brisket plates to go. The portion sizes were a little small, but very tasty. I loved the slightly spicy, very peppery Mac and cheese, but note that small children probably don't like it. The tangy sauce was an interesting bbq Senf Fusion
