Today for lunch I ordered a meat dish which unfortunately was chewy and tough. I pointed this out to the manager (Marco) who replaced it with another cut of soft and tasty meat, while waiting he brought me a delicious dish which I really appreciated. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
