Subway - MOONAH

I frequently go to Subway for lunch while I'm at work. Today, I ordered my usual chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The employee only put a small amount of chicken on the sandwich and put the cheese only in the center. When I asked the person making the salad for salt and pepper, I had to ask twice before they actually added it. I also asked for ranch dressing, which was barely noticeable on the sandwich. When I requested a little more, I was told I would have to pay extra. The bread roll was the worst I have ever had.

The rolls were fresh and filled with delicious ingredients. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The prices for the food were reasonable.

We are regular diners in Queensland and while on vacation, we stopped by Moonah Subway for lunch. Unfortunately, it was the worst sub I have ever had. The food preparation area was dirty and not cleaned between customers. The meat in each section was mixed and looked sloppy. The tables were dirty and the toilets were in poor condition. There were no napkins available and although the employees were attentive, they did not offer to clean up the mess. The sandwich had an odd taste, possibly due to the lack of fresh ingredients. I would not recommend this restaurant.

It was served really fast and the order was great, friendly staff, happy to recommend for a quick snack on the jump.
