Hardee's - Mooresville

I am definitely going back. The food was what I expected, and I visited when it was slow. I was afraid I'd get food that had been sitting since there was no one else there when I stopped, but it was perfectly fresh. The food was good, but the real winner at this location is the employees. Specifically the woman in the drive thru that day. I confused her when ordering, and she took it like a champ and laughed it off. At the window, it was truly an enjoyable experience. She was so friendly and polite. It is hard to find that in fast food anymore, so I will definitely be going back. I can't vouch for the rest of the employees, but being around that sort of energy I don't see how they would be anything but awesome too! I hope that others are able to have experiences as enjoyable as mine was!

I stopped here off the highway, so I can only speak for this visit. All the Hardee's around the Winston-Salem area are horrible, I was actually impressed with this one. It was clean, quick and the food (Mushroom Burger) was good. The fries are cut too small in my opinion, but that's just my preference.

I was craving a milkshake on my way home from Charlotte with the hubby, and we walked in the door about fifteen until closing time only to find out that they'd just broken down the milkshake machine and cleaned it; was disappointed, but understood it was so late, after all. Sat down while hubby ate a quick burger, and as he was finishing up, the super sweet cashier brought me my milkshake after all! They'd gone to the trouble of putting the machine back together just for me, apparently, and it totally made my night : not generally a Hardee's fan but this location made me reconsider my thoughts on them great service. Oh, and the shake was great too!
