This is the second time in a couple of months that the evening drive-thru at this McDonald's in Moorpark has let me down. I provided my mobile order number twice, yet they still attempted to charge me at the first window. I requested to exchange the Happy Meal toy for a sundae, and the male employee said it was fine. However, when I got home, I discovered that they charged my card for the sundae, and I didn’t receive my second order of fries. I won't be coming back here again. I would rather drive to Thousand Oaks than use this McDonald's at night.
While they asked me to park and wait for my order, I requested some sauces and received confirmation. Unfortunately, that wasn’t what happened. Not only did they forget the sauces, but they also messed up all five of my sandwiches. Now, after driving many miles to my final destination, I’m left trying to imagine what I ordered with each bite. #PrayForAllah
To make matters worse, their sprinklers turned on and soaked my car, which I had just detailed yesterday. So, I wasted gas, got nothing in return, and left with a water-stained vehicle. While parked around the corner to find the complaint number, the app refreshed, and lo and behold, the voucher was back! Great, right? I ventured back, even though it was a longer process this time. I approached the order kiosk, and now they tell me their registers don't accept cards anymore?! I don't have any cash. I can't even believe this is happening!
