Feedback gevenWhat's up: Needed to fill up before our trip and this Costco Gas Station was the most convenient one, right of the 60 fwy in the direction that we were heading. Environment: The place was pretty organized for a gas station. They had dividers/cones lining the route to direct you into two lines. There were a couple curves that were a bit narrow, so be sure to leave room for people to back up if needed. All three methods of verifying membership works! So you can totally pull up your membership on your phone and get that scanned. Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Overall, for a Costco gas station, this place was pretty good. The wait was not too bad and the separate lanes helped keep the cars moving. Credit cards and ApplePay are accepted.
Girl, that answered the phone was rude. I was requesting to order 8 pizzas, and she said it's 1st come, first serve. I was calling over 1 hr prior to needing them, and she said unless you want 10 or more pizzas, I'll take order. Otherwise, make an order at kiosk and wait. So rude, I go to many costco locations. I've never heard of this the san Benardino store and corona store did it .
Unmitigated disaster. Or rather your ability to deal with insane and unorganized lines will determine if you can seal with it. They need their stuff together. Seemed super unorganized.
The lines are usually extremely slow at this location because they only have 16 pumps opposed to 32 (other larger stations have). The gas techs do not help at all or direct traffic well. To alleviate this issue they need to make more pumps by knocking down the parking lot near Tire Center. Also people should utilize mobile app it's so much faster.
Bad Customer Service!I stopped by Costco this morning to return a kitchen faucet. I was the only one in the return merchandise area and the Costco employee looked at me and continued his casual conversation with another employee. Keep in mind, I didn't have a cart and was holding the box thinking it was going to be a quick transaction since it was so early in the morning. Sidney, the employee finally decided to acknowledge me after I started walking closer to the counter to put the box down. I asked him if he saw me and he didn't respond. I made the return but left feeling disappointed in the lack of customer service today. Costco, you can do better!
