The guy running the place was extremely rude and said that they were going through system updates. I know that a system update does not take more than 5 minutes, but he insisted that it could take 20-30 minutes. I feel like his weight was the biggest problem, and not the wait. Even worse, the manager pulled a gun on me when I wouldn't leave the drive-thru. I was only waiting for food because he said it would only take 20 minutes for the system to update, and he pulled a gun on me.
This place is always the worst, employees look high and they never can never comprehend simple requests. They asked if we wanted mild or hot sauce and we said both then couldn't understand what we meant and they then stated they had 4 options. They got irritated and once we left we noticed they forgot our cinnabons.
The food was alright but customer service was really bad. It took like half an hour for my food even though it wasn't that busy. Also, when my friend ordered they didn't record it and the manager there blamed her for the mistake. Luckily, one of the employees made her food for her but she still had to wait an hour. As soon as she got it, we left and never wanted to go back.
I ordered food for my lunch, i waited roughly 20 minutes before realizing that they weren't making my food. I had to request that my food be made again as they had lost my order. The workers there seemed to have been upset at me for having to request they make my food again.I noticed that they had rip me off on my chalupa by making it 90% lettuce. I will attach an image if you are curious what i am referring to.
