I still can't believe her attitude. Never going back. I should have read the reviews, seems like Maria and Sergio have been an issue for many years now. Again, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Zero stars if that was a choice.
One of the workers named Sergio took 40mins to deliver a small pizza so I had to make my own worst pizza place ever
Masks are NOT required in Santa Clara County: The Santa Clara County Public Health Department said Friday it is strongly urging everyone in the county to wear face coverings when they 're out in public performing essential activities. (NBC Bay Area News). Ok, so I ordered and paid online. I guess they are supposed to bring your order out to you when you get there and park in the front. So I figured ok, I don 't see anyone, so I walked in. Plastic everywhere, literally everywhere. So when I walk in someone comes up saying in a rude ton Where 's your mask? I said in my car. He said I needed to get it. WTF dude, how hard would it have been to just hand me my damn pizza instead of making me leave and come back when I was already there. This is excess unnecessary exposure. So I come back in with the stupid mask on and instead of handing it to me on the side of the desk, he puts it in the tiny opening of plastic on the bottom of the countertop. Seriously dude. I sooo should have just walked out and told him to screw himself. But I already paid for it. I am not shocked at all that this branch has such low ratings.
Wow they swindle money!!! Do NOT come here!!! We asked for the week's deal that was $9.99, and they charged us $23.99! They said that we had to purchase drinks when we didn't. Completely swindle money!!!
Ordered 2 special heart shaped pizzas for Valentines special dinner. Not cheap either. They delivered pizza to wrong house and the neighbors took the pizzas. Manager was too busy to get on the phone about getting a replacement or refund. The driver came out several hours later to let us know about the mix up and it was definitely too late to save the evening. So they credited the charge but no other compensation for ruining our Valentine's Day...Really Pizza Hut?? So no heart shaped pizza for another year and we'll get them somewhere else. Very disappointed:
