Hook and ladder is delicious! the staff was really great. I really appreciate what they did for us while we were there.

I was so impressed by this Sub Shop the food was obviously great, but I also like the fact that the sandwich was not in Styrofoam it was more like cardboard and placed in a brown paper bag I like what they try for the environment as well as the food they make. very impressive place

Very spacious food inside. Just something I complain about, I was not asked for a pimp, and it even said no pimples on the receipt, but they still put it on the side. I don't want to waste food because I won't eat it. Not busy. Meat on my sandwich was full. I can't speak for others.

Just moved to the area and stopped in after a long day of unpacking. The 2 guys there were prompt, friendly, and precise. Absolutely a good experience and well be back.

Had dinner here this evening. I find it the cleanest and as professional of staff as I've experienced through many dining experiences. Quick, Reliable, Delicious, Repeat.
