They haven't much signage yet, but there are big empty spaces for her. a light stencil on the side of the white wall looks as if she wears her logo. we parked on the side and went through the front door. a short counter showed four different sauces, menus and at the end the cash box to place their order. a few sandwiches, platings, sides and bulky are available. I went with my standard scale for a bbq restaurant: a pulled pork sandwich. I have on the combo, the one side (I went with jambalaya) and a drink. I have rehearsals of each of the sauces to try. pays mine and goes out with my head money to sit on one of the most stressful.
Great new location, love the family packs. Nobody has a better brisket. I was at three times that were supervised by wood shankburns and there were many happy people. I will be jammed gay or huh and then make enchiladas or chicken soup my normal recipes with enough better. I love this place, also nice staff!
Great new location, love the family packs. No one has better brisket. No one! I've been to three weddings catered by Woodburn Shanks and there were a lot of happy people. I'll get bulk pulled pork or chicken and then make enchiladas or chicken soup to make my normal recipes with enough better. Love this place. Nice employees too!

I found about Woodburn Shanks from word of mouth and wondered how this place could have existed for months right down the road from my home without me knowing about it. Thats easy though because Woodburn Shanks is located in one of the most inconvenient of places, the ghost town otherwise known as the Mountaineer "Mall". There's nowhere to sit besides a couple random mall tables so plan on getting it as takeout. Dont let the location stop you though, the food is sensational. Once eating there once, I had to go back and have now been there 4 times. I have tried the Brisket, the Pulled Pork, and the BBQ Tacos along with the Gumbo, the Jambalaya, and the cheesy corn. Sauces are served on the side but truthfully the flavor of the meats are so good that you dont even NEED them. The only item that was a let down was the cheesy corn as it tasted... read more
