On the way to the house are quite unplanned here. The restaurant reminds of old times that have remained here apparently.Despite all clean and tidy.Nette and fast operation, good home cooking, we were satisfied.
The restaurant is easily accessible by a historical road crossing near moritzburg and is therefore very good for a return if you do not want to eat in the immediate vicinity of the castle and like it a bit more primitive. the facility is very cozy, you feel in the did relocated by decades. there is also a beautiful gastronomic garden with playground for children. The menu includes a large selection of really tasty food German home cooking ready, there are also traditional dishes. we had, among others, peddlered tonge, cauliflower, homemade sülze with bratkartoffeln and kassler with carrots and sour wort. there are also fish and wild dishes. the service is extremely friendly, it is also very happy to be fulfilled. price and from the portion size lies the time in the middle field. we found that pommes are not standard supplements. there are excellent salt potatoes with decomposed butter, pale and bratkartoffeln. we didn't have to wait long despite Sunday afternoon operation. there seems to be a larger number of masters eating from the nearby environment here.Good parking possibilities. We'll be happy to come back.
A little too expensive, too long waiting time for a little restaurant business. The price-performance ratio is not quite consistent. the device is old and somewhat unhygienic. the prices of the food for quality somewhat too high.
The external appearance of the gasthof makes curious. who comes back, is rewarded with abundant history on every square timeter. from the entrance to the toilet door. for a short eye view, I believed in the zigarrendunst to have seen my grandparents (for 30 years in the sky) sitting in a pear and bratwurscht sitting. as a highlight was offered carp. after a good three-quarter of an hour he came too. the teller was big, the carp when you take head and float away, only hand plate size and the second side was missing completely. since half-finished carp (blue) did not demand a large cooker, the offered result was more than weak. the price-performance ratio, as the most expensive dish on the menu, was not true here. the service is friendly, but also not more than you would expect.
