I have twice been with friends and on both occasions have found the food great and the service a bit inadequate. Servings are generous and tasty and fantastic value for money. If only they could get the service, booking and seating right !Worth a visit.

Probably the worst meal I've ever been served. Uninteresting food plain boiled vegetables served cold cream sauce for lamb had split. Young waiter tried hard but seemed out of his depth. Sad waste of an evening

New ownership so we decided to give it a go. The interior is a tad stark. Some interior design would add life. The menu is filled with spelling errors but somehow that added a quaint touch. We were pleasantly surprised by the inexpensive selection of Italian and Australian wines. Good value for money. The food is well prepared, generous servings and very tasty. Unfortunately the vegetables were ungarnished and came across as home cooked even though they were tasty. When one is at a restaurant one wants to get food you don't get at home. Well worth trying but we hope they smarten up and add some sparkle to the presentation

The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive. I really enjoyed my meal and thought it was well worth the price.

I recently had a business lunch at this restaurant and we started with some Italian sausage, olives, and bread - even though it wasn't on the menu, they had no problem accommodating our request. For my main meal, I ordered lamb cutlets, which turned out to be a rack of lamb with vegetables. My colleague had the barramundi, which was a generous portion. The lamb was cooked perfectly, with the cutlets slightly pink and a nice sauce. Although I don't think the sauce was necessary for the dish, it was a nice touch. We finished the meal with a cheese board and a delicious espresso. The espresso was not bitter and didn't require sugar, which was a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed a bottle of Italian wine, which was decent and drinkable. Overall, it was a good meal and considering the amount of food we had, the $120 price tag was reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant.
