If you don't get them fresh you get them crumbly and it leaves a absolute MESS in your car. And half the time they are wayyyy oversalted. Not my place of choice, but good if you want decent food on the run.
This review is for the pizza shop inside of the Village Pantry gas station. I have had a few of their pizzas and they are okay, not as bad as frozen, but not as good as a real pizza shop. But they are not expensive either. I think they have about 10 toppings you can choose from. I think $10 for a large with all the toppings, and they're made fresh to order. Or if you stop in during lunch or dinner time they may have some slices or whole pizza pre-made waiting for quick in and out customers to buy them who are on a time limit to get back to work, but want some pizza to eat. The store is clean and organized, the staff usually friendly, and they are open 24/7, but the pizza part is not open 24/7, unless you catch the right worker there on a late, slow night and they are able to make one for you, otherwise you're out of luck. So if late night, maybe a 50% chance you can order and fresh pizza.
One of the best pizzas you can get comes from. Here. There breadsticks are amazing. Service is always great. Never had any issues with carryout or delivery. Highly recommend this place.
