Kenko Japanese Cuisine - Morrisville

Solid Chinese food! Service is fast and friendly too. We always order the spicy soft shell crab, sweet and sour fried whole fish, and green beans because they never disappoint. Also tried the basil clams and Dan Dan noodles. Clams were excellent, but I’d skip the noodles (the sauce was watery and noodles slightly overcooked). Will go back to my long-standing chow fun next time.

I never leave reviews, but I went with my bf and it was amazing! Best chinese asian fusion we have found after moving to NC from NJ. He got chicken which was the best quality we have found, and the serving was large! My beef fried udon was also great and reminded me of my favorite Japanese place back home. Can also recommend the shrimp tempura and spring rolls. Great food for the price, will definitely be back! :

It was great. I want another bowl of the soup but I can’t fit anymore in my stomach. The short ribs were perfect. So I drove all this way (30 minutes one way) to get Korean food and the girl comes out and says “sorry we are mostly Chinese now but still make some Korean dishes.” I had driven all this way so I just pointed to the prettiest pictures from other google reviews and that’s how I ordered. Thank you to whoever posted those pictures because the soup and short ribs were amazing.

The food here is 100% authentic, and draws quite a lot of the local Chinese community. It tastes great, and honestly has quite good value for the portion size. Owner is also very nice, gifted a free appetizer!

The food was fresh and hot. One order is enough for 2 people, but I recommend getting your own for leftovers.
