Friendly today, it is not every time but today the young lady was friendly and helpful. Always enjoy being able to sit outside in the sun to eat ice cream! Prices are still great.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the world. The kids working there messed up my order, went back to have it corrected and the kid wanted to debate! I told them what I ordered and she said thats what I gave you and when she looked at what I was returning she said Oh never apologized just remade my order and set it on the counter and walked away. I would rather walk barefoot over a football field covered in legos then spend money there again. AVOID THAT PLACE LIKE COVID-19!!!

Always good especially when no lines. Hard to mess up BR ice cream place was clean and helpful
