Aj's Lounge - Mountain Home

We had a great experience at this restaurant! After returning from a camping trip, we stopped here, and I had the best ribs I've ever tasted—they were fantastic. They also have a huge salad bar that was impressive. I later returned with my young children, and the waitress was very attentive to us. The food was consistently excellent every time we visited.

This is a review of AJ's restaurant. When I visited AJ's years ago, I have to admit my expectations weren't very high. The building is older and a bit worn out, though the men's restroom has been renovated and looks quite nice. Some dishes may have cracks or chips, and the cups are older plastic high glasses. The salad bar may not be the best you've ever experienced, but it’s perfectly adequate and well-maintained. Meals are reasonably priced, and the portion sizes are quite generous. I've always left AJ's feeling pleasantly full. The food is very good; I particularly enjoy their chicken wings, which are large and flavorful. The desserts at AJ's are also noteworthy, especially the double cheesecakes that my friends have even asked me to send them. Overall, the atmosphere is average, the staff is friendly, and the food is excellent, which is ultimately what matters most.
