Haeberli's Schuetzenhaus La Brasserie

I recently enjoyed the best sour liver with rösti at Häberli's and a little later a delicious mixed sandwich!

Restaurant Häberli's Schützenhaus in the middle of the village center of Münchenbuchsee is in the style of a French brasserie. The fine menu also includes various vegetarian dishes. Take-away meals are also offered here. Very nice and prompt staff. A very clean restaurant and pleasant prices.

Everything is basically good, but not outstanding. The entrecôte was a little too well fried for saignant, but still tasty. The service was acceptable, but not particularly friendly (except for the boss, he knows his job). And the ambience is okay, but not particularly special. Price/performance is unfortunately not quite optimal, but still worth a visit.
