Red Cup Cafe - Mukilteo

Ordered coffee and a breakfast bagel to go. While the service was friendly, I was disappointed to find half of the bagel burnt. The smell of burnt bread hit me as soon as I opened the box. It’s frustrating that such a clearly overcooked item was served, especially when it could have easily been remade. Seriously, the lack of quality control is astounding. If you’re comfortable serving a paying customer food that’s so obviously burnt, I’m concerned about what might be happening in the kitchen in terms of safety, sanitation, and overall quality control. It’s unbelievable. I was only able to eat half my bagel even though I paid for a full one. By the way, there are much tastier bagels elsewhere. Save your money and make your own or go someplace else. This is not okay.

This place has a great view of Puget Sound, eclectic decor, and good customer service (with free refills if you're just interested in a plain cup of coffee).

Love this place! Wonderful spot to have coffee/breakfast and read on a Sunday. Pleasant folks all around, and a nice atmosphere/setting.

The place has a great view, but if you’re in a hurry, do not come here they are very inefficient when it comes to taking orders there is only 1 cashier to 4 girls giggling in the back during peak hours.. these children, you have working there need a manager.
