It 's a Rally 's. Food is good, fries are the selling point. You know the drill. Service is usually fairly fast and polite, but it is one of those places where you run a chance of 'having one of those days. '

Fast drive through service, excellent comfort food. The baconzilla is the best.

One of the very few fast food experiences recently that was top notch. Everything was fresh and the guy at the window was really nice.

Although quality and good customer service is affected by low staffing and/or overworked employees, they still try to do the best they can. I guess we as customers should be more understanding... even though it is hard sometimes. ???? My favoritesandwich now, at Rally's, is the deep sea double. Mmmmm! What used to be my absolute favorite sandwich is gone now, which wasthe BLT. Boo! But they have other good items as well!
