Burger King - Murfreesboro

I use to like it here but now the onion rings is just clumped breading with minced onions inside. Inside is gross tables where not clean the floor was sticky and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Service was slow and things in order was forgotten about.

Food is always fresh. Sometimes there's an minor issue with correctness but never an issue with fresh food.Food: 5/5

Extremely long wait to order, order was incorrect.I ordered a bacon swiss chicken combo with extra sauce.The chicken was hard and cold, the buns were hard, there was maybe a tbsp of sauce, there was no bacon, there was four strips of lettuce, and the slice of cheese was tiny. I ordered onion rings but got fries. The fries were hard. BK just lost a repeat customer

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at drive thru. I started to order and the person started yelling at me to stop ordering. I was startled and said knock it off. The person told me to have a good day. I sat at the drive thru for over 5 minutes waiting to order. I finally asked if they were still taking orders. The person said “ I told you to have a good day and am refusing to take your order.” I said really no answer. I pulled around to go inside to order and they locked the door so I could not go inside. Really bad customer service.

The new fries SUCK. We stopped and got an order they were so hard and taste like OLD OIL. Tell me how 2 meals that were 7.99 each came out to be 20.08? If I could give 0 stars I would.
