Wendy's - Murfreesboro

I can't complain... Staff was quick, friendly helpful... Order was as fast as it might be special if you have a 50-piece family order of chickens Nuggets fresh from the frit... Reverse points are fantastic... Frostys are perfection as always... ALL AROUND GREAT EXPERIENCE... 10 of 10 would recommend!!!

We had the healthy salad for lunch with an older drink .69. Great lunch for under 10.00.

Good food. Burgers not over boiled nor juicy, Fry's are cooked exactly right and not like chewing on rocks. Soft and salt exactly right. And the people are extremely patient and friendly

Yesterday, my wife and I stopped this Wendy to grab two fives. We were on the way out of town for the day. When my wife opened her, she had a chicken sandwich and I got a cheeseburger. Not everything I ordered. I've been trying to contact a manager at this point for two days, but the phone rings and rings without answer. I guess I have to call the regional manager to correct this situation. The frits on both were also cold. We should have been next to Whataburger and waited in the line. UPDATE: Wendy did everything to make this situation right! Cudes for administration here.

Restroom and floor in restaurant were dirty. The girl at the cash register inside who took our order was friendly. Chicken sandwich and fries were good, no complaints there. They weren't really busy, however customers were steady. It appeared that most of their business was drive-thru.
