Chili's Grill - Myrtle Beach

Not to do this! I ordered a lock and waited for more than 20 minutes without any employee coming. I went in and they had marked my order wrong as a doorstep (what it wasn't) I asked for a refund because my food was already cold and they said they would, but would not give me proof that the order was not picked up AND a WEEK LATER MY MONEY STILLNT BEEN REFUNDED. They are!!!

Chili's is my favorite restaurant, but this experience was best subpar. Sitting and serving the waiting time was over an hour and 20 minutes. My sister got her half order and waited another 15 minutes for an order from Pommes. The ambience left much to wish and the exam was also laborious. Will not be back to this place.

I ordered the triple diver with southwest egg rolls and honeyspanel wings. Egg rolls are muddy. Didn't care about the wings because the sauce burned. The celery they placed on my plate was old and looked like they would cut off the rotten part and serve them anyway. Come on, guys, Sellery's what? A dollar? We sit in the bar and the bartender was the waiter. No good idea when we all sat and waited for something. Empty glasses to people at the bar because he busy waiting tables. Bartender has to tend Bar... not a waitress. Will not be back

Food wasn't great, service was very good they were all nice and food didn't take long. Low rating is for place looking old and dirty (dirty pads) and for foods that like reheated, dry, sample burgers with dry bread, total food not much quality, which is a common thing for the 2-3 chili?s was also me. I just went there because others chose this place, but not my first choice.

Our server was excellent. The venue was pleasant. The soup and salad was pretty bad. I wont ever order it again. Maybe other dishes are better
