The Fowler Dining Room - Myrtle Beach

What an incredible dinner! Last night was a complete success! The pork belly was perfect, and Jacob did a fantastic job. She served the crab soup in honor of my wife, who was born in Maryland. Our server shared the recipe for our dessert... Wow! There were so many proud parents in the room.

If you're in Myrtle Beach, this place is a must-visit! The students prepared high-quality, delicious food that makes the prices unbeatable. We enjoyed a delightful 3-course meal with our bistro lunch reservation. I had a chilled corn soup, crispy pork belly, and peach cubes. Each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, with a wonderful variety of textures and flavors to enjoy. The timing of the service was spot on, and I left feeling extremely full (though that didn't stop me from grabbing some treats from the bakery next door!). The tables were safely distanced, the staff wore masks, and customers were also required to wear masks until they reached their tables. I wish we could make a second reservation during our stay!

Wow! What an incredible experience! The food was absolutely fantastic and of the highest quality. Be prepared to try some new dishes! I took my family here during their visit, and everyone was thoroughly impressed. We will definitely be returning. Make sure to check their website for the menu available on specific dates, and be sure to book about a month in advance.

We like to eat here. You have to reserve in advance, but it is worth it. The cooks are students at the culinary institute and are very good what they do. The food is great and the price is very reasonable. The servers are also students and are very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and lunch and both times were great. We hope to come back for dinner next semester. Thank you to all students and their teachers. On the way we saw the backery and shared some pastries. We were full, but couldn't resist. It's also worth a visit.

I have eaten here several times and enjoyed every meal. Students prepare and serve, and provide the community an opportunity to eat gourmet for a reasonable price. Terrific idea and operation!
