Kfc - Nāgercoil

Can’t believe KFC could taste this bad. Not gonna lie, I’ve had KFC from different parts of India and in the Gulf as well and i have never had anything as bad as this. The chicken tastes bland and the mayo was too strong. The service is good and the employees are well mannered which is the only reason i gave two stars.

Mojito is nnt good,it has no flavor its just like a softdrikn.....and this average mojito cost is 72rs...

I always love to eat kfc, this is the first time I am trying it in India. It's good in taste and the lava cake is my fav dessert now.

One of the best places for dining! The quality of food is good and there is great customer service! I ordered an Ultimate Savings Bucket which costs around RS 605! Little costly compared to our economic condition(as from a middle class point of view)! But you can give it a try once! Little rush at weekends! Parking is tough sometimes!

Avoid at all costs. Did a Pick up order. First of all the staff need an orientation on what a pick up order means. Once a prepaid order is placed, you assemble/pack the order for pickup and not start packing after the customer is in the establishment. My order was handed over after 20 minutes since the order placement, with no regret or any understanding of the process. When asked the chap at the counter cockishly blabbered that it's their standard practice to pack after the customer comes. I have never encountered such disgraceful behaviour in any of the KFC outlets. The order which must include four dips, was not there and the person who packed didn't even let me know or apologize or offer an alternative. It is also paid, this is not the right way to offer the order to customers on what they ordered. Further, the food was too spicy, the rest was okay and not great as usual. I would not be too keen to enter this KFC ever again even though it's in my hometown unfortunately.
