Very good food truck located just a short walk southwest of the Phimai Historical Park. Just walk past the Phimai Witthaya School and you'll see the food truck at the intersection, to your left. They make good fried chicken with a nice variety. The French Fries were much better than your usual fare in Thailand. Fried chicken was of good quality (not the cheap, low quality CP stuff). The Chicken Wrap was served on something that looked like a roti. It was a nice twist, making it very crispy and delicious. They have a few varieties that I haven't tried yet with cheese sauce and korean, paprika and spicy sauce, but they all looked pretty decent. Great service and smiles from the staff working there! Try it out when you're in Phimai!
