The restaurant offers an innovative range of food, served from an open kitchen in the opulent surroundings of the former court entrance hall 'Salle des Pas Perdus ' in the French parlance). The appetising smell of food invites the guest to dine. The hall is shared by the reception and lobby of the hotel. Staff are friendly and service is efficient. Gastronomically, however, one may be more encouraged to dine across the road at L 'Aristide or perhaps, if one is in town, in a restaurant closer to the town centre.

Exquisite food in a beautiful place. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. We enjoyed the formule à partager . We 've tried quite a few dishes from this to share menu and none have disappointed. Beautiful, tasty and full of delicious and unusual flavours. Compliments to the chef Erwan Noblet!

Really nice place, a good ambience and very good service, the waiter Raphael was very attentive and give us very good advice regarding the menu and furthermore, he spoke our language (spanish).
