I used to spend between 35 and 40 for lunch and when I asked why the Caesar salad bowl is half full the manager told me that's the required amount buddy..I can t add more lettuce it cost money I m done with Panera. you can keep your food and I will spend my money somewhere else.
Extremely disappointed! I waited over 30 minutes for 3 soups. After I ordered fruit cups, I was told they ran out of them while waiting. The food pickup area is not managed in a orderly fashion. People are standing by the food counter and breathing on people's food. A customer asked for a refund due to the delay in her order. So, poor service, unsanitary food pickup and running out of food. That equals poor management! I have been visiting this Panera for a number of years. It was a five star, but now 5 thumbs down.
The service is just SOO SLOW AND RUDE. The food is basic Panera food but jeezz no one should have to wait 30+ minutes for fast food from rude disengaged employees and an extremely unorganized location. I would not recommend coming here.
Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and freshly prepared food: New England clam chowder, green Goddess salad with baguette.
I went to this panera a few days ago with my 17 year old sister. When she ordered on the kiosk the machine glitched and charged her, which we proved by showing them the bank account, but the order wasn't showing up on their end so they refused to serve her. When we spoke with the manager, Steve, her refused to give us a refund that day and told us we would either have to wait around for it to come through . . . or wait until Tuesday and call back and get a refund once they were sure the order wouldn't come through after the fact. He specifically told me and her If the order did not come through by then, he would refund her. We waited as he asked of us and called back to speak with him on Tuesday, only for him to refuse the refund claiming there was nothing that could be done. We argued, showed the charge again, and eventually got the refund after he was rude and incredibly unhelpful. The girl working with him was also rude, and was slamming the change drawer as she handed the money over to us.
