Domino's Pizza - Napanee

After trying other local restaurants, I have decided to continue buying my pizza from Domino's in the future. The value is excellent and the service is efficient. They were very accommodating of my special dietary needs.

The pizza was very good, finished with the specified order, this was a very large order made on time. service very friendly. will get back from here when in the opposite.

I was impressed by the height of the customer service that was received to correct an order. I ordered by phone and I know what I ordered, and was confirmed by three other people in the room, including my wife who hates the specific article that was on our pizza. it was an extradition order and we did not know that it had Italian sausage until we had eaten something and noticed the but spicy taste. when I called, they confirmed that it had lit Italian (that my wife cannot eat because of the spice). I spoke to the manager in the service and he never asked that there was a mistake and sent a replacement without cost. I tipped the driver. I was very impressed by the answer.

I ordered a vegetarian Pacific pizza because I love pizza, but when I received it, there was no feta cheese. I reached out to them on Facebook and within an hour, they called me with a fair offer to fix the mistake. Despite the missing cheese, my pizza was good. I can recommend this pizzeria as they are an honest company that is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

The pizza at this restaurant is consistently excellent and always prepared exactly as requested. However, I was disappointed to see their delivery driver smoking a bong when I arrived. This behavior was unacceptable and I will not be returning to this establishment.
