Jersey Mike's Subs - Naperville

The only Jersey Mike’s I feel comfortable ordering at as a celiac. At other stores, I get eye rolls and annoyance for letting them know I have celiac and need a gluten free sandwich. Went here today and the gentlemen that helped us was so kind and safe even though the store was so busy. I recommend this location, not only to those with an allergy but everyone.

Customer service. Suggest you help customers look up their loyalty before discounting that they don't have one. Try to run a gift card more than once before you tell them it doesn't work try to take it for yourself...my card had $30 on it...I just got it!So I had to pay cash. You were not too busy to give good customer service, there were only 3 of us in the store.

Great sandwich options but cheesesteaks are the saltiest sandwich I have ever had!

Excellent sandwichs,quality meats and cheese bread is always fresh. Service is on the money.

Although I adore Jersey Mike’s and go whenever I can, I was so disappointed in not being able to buy a gluten free roll. In traveling through 15 states and at home, I have always been able to pop in and pay for a roll. She said the owner doesn’t feel they make enough on it. But the good will provided is immeasurable since those rolls are not sold in the supermarket. Jersey Mike’s was supposed to be our meal tomorrow but I’ll wait until we leave the area. No need to give to the greedy. I will continue to frequent Jersey Mike’s just not ones owned by this particular owner. :
